At no time do I give/grant you copyright ownership of the original files that I offer you via download. Digital scrap freebies are created by B Vourtis (me aka Whimsical/Whims) using my own and licensed 3rd party resources. Both mine and 3rd party copyright is protected by US and International copyright laws.

# You may modify the items to suit your needs (ie resizing, recoloring etc)
# You may use them for your personal, non-commercial projects (ie creating a printed card for a family member or friend, creating personal scrapbook pages)
#You may create tubes, brushes, custom shapes, patterns, templates, actions and scripts FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE AND YOUR PERSONAL PROJECTS ONLY not to share, barter, sell or giveaway to other people to use.
Please also include special thank you’s if listed in a freebies individual TOU.txt provided in each item’s zip file.
These will be listed at the top of the TOU.txt under my copyright notice.
#You may use these items to create free tutorials, and free blog templates, websites, quick pages and other digital scrap booking embellishments and elements, however my items must be edited and incorporated into items and artwork of your own design (in this instance, simple resizing and recoloring doesn’t count) and the items you create must also be offered as free NON-COMMERCIAL, personal use only items to your end user. ie you may not use them to design etsy or ebay store or page templates or offer them to create commercial design resources ie to create new/other items for sale.
